Bending is selling his group because he's cutting back on the amount of time he spends here unless that's changed.

He is not selling a group. He is selling a Crew and there is a big big big difference between those two. A Syndicate Crew worth less than $400 is not that attractive. I own a Cartel which is worth $1500 and groups, from what I learned are normally $4000 and up.
