Hello, I'm usually in HF convo chat daily and i noticed alot of grey users come and go.
One of the reasons i have decided to make this thread is because this thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6178862
turned from me messing around with the guy to a wholesome thread where everyone is giving him rep to stay.

So, I'm making a list with the grey users that i believe deserve some love so they stay.
I'll keep this list updated and if they upgrade their ranks they will be permanently removed since job will be completed.

List of the best grey users:
--------------------------------------------

===============================================================
Simon77
Recruiter: wtf

He's a new friend of mine hes pretty active on HF convo lately and i believe he has potential to
become a great user.
===============================================================

===============================================================
Meeetirm
Recruiter: wtf

Also very active in the HF convo, most users there will allready know him
and he should've been ub3r a long time ago.
===============================================================

===============================================================
fenompls
Recruiter: wtf

Seems like he has been really active lately, even got the october award.
A grey user that desires an award like that is pure potential in my eyes.
===============================================================

===============================================================
[mention=4963606]
Recruiter: [mention=4880700]

forfeit always posts decent stuff in the hacking section which shows knowledge
and a want to help out where they can, and has a cute ass dog <3
===============================================================

Don't be afraid to rep some of these users, maybe some bytes even a rank if you're real generous they deserve it.
Any user generous enough to upgrade one of the members above to L33T or Ub3r will be added to the thread.
Also the upgraded user will be moved to the success stories list.

List of success stories:
(This is a list of the users that were upgraded)
--------------------------------------------

===============================================================
hackerm0m - upgraded by: hackerm0m
Recruiter: wtf

I just gave this user some rep and she seemed very thankful, grey users are always thankful
and often get ignored by ranked users. hackerm0m being thankful: Spoiler (Click to View)===============================================================

===============================================================
Under-2000 - upgraded by: Regulus
Recruiter: wtf

Very new user, seems like a nice guy often in HF chat and all hes done so far,
is give to the community look at his threads.
===============================================================

===============================================================
[mention=3707989] - upgraded by: Regulus
Recruiter: wtf

I'm always happy to see him join HF convo usually i give him some bytes and he flips those into
profit and hes like a brother to me. (also in my favourites list)
===============================================================

[Simon77]

I made it to the list :D Thank you wtf

[Regulus]

Interesting haha!
You should update it from time to time and add new good members (Greys)

I defenitely will keep it updated, this list is for the long run to see how many of these users will actually become great members in the future.

Love the idea of this. It also gives them a chance of having someone sponsor their upgrade.
