pay for them? you technically don't need acunetix or netsparker either. burp is versatile enough with plugins to do it all

not sure what you're trying to convey to me, but there's nothing wrong with acunetix. It's just a vulnerability scanner that automates a lot of the manual work you'd be doing with burp

burp is slow and when getting to know and learn while doing the process acunetix is perfect for begginers this is why its commercialy advertised bigger than burp for example to the rest of the easy to use with same features as burp netsparker etc

So you are asking several things here. If you're searching for a framework for security testing on websites (but not only), an easy tool to use would be golismero. However, depending on the website, if you do a full scan, it could take a few hours to complete the report for you

apart from that you can use losts of public tools
sqlmap must be the major one
