Now, I have one question, does this mean my service operations MUST be halted, legally, or, do they need to explicitly seize operations?

I AM YET TO BE OFFICIALLY CHARGED WITH ANYTHING.

WE ORIGINALLY HAD TO HALT OPERATIONS BECAUSE THEY SEIZED MY WALLETS ETC AND WE COULDN'T PAY FOR HOSTING AND OUR SOURCE CODE WAS LOCATED ON ONE OF THE DEVICES THAT WAS SEIZED.

They most likely didn't halt your operation manually because they're gathering more evidence towards you. If I were you, I would halt things on your end until the case is dropped. I would also contact a good lawyer and get a consultation rather than ask this forum. I don't believe anyone can give you a correct answer.

Na fuck a lawyer they don't understand this cyber shit 😭😖😖 my last lawyer tried drop that the police can 'hack into my electrum wallet without the keys etc' - the system is rigged against us cyber warriors.


My platform is a legitimate business, what would it say about us if we fold as soon as the police start sniffing. Their witch hunts won't draw fear to me.

In your original thread I came under the impress that they don’t actually care about you but rather someone you might be in connection with. I feel as though they probably haven’t halted your operations but are keeping a very close eye on you. You cannot make any slip ups, or you will be targeted again by them.

As everyone else has said, invest into a lawyer. Nobody but a legal counsel can help you at this point with this, and personally I wouldn’t trust anyone but a lawyer to help me with this anyways

Have you tried specifically searching for a lawyer that specializes in your situation? Fighting the feds is an extremely complicated process.

Get yourself a lawyer that specializes in cybercrime or something similar. There is little to nothing we can do to help you, other to recommend lawyers.

They're probably still building their case as a couple others have said. If you're in the situation to keep going without doing anything else potentially illegal just keep going. Won't really hurt the final outcome.
