Can someone help me with creating it in flask API? Without a database is fine

Do you need to fetch all of this information from various APIs, or do you have the data already and you need to present it / create an API ? Without a database is "fine", but may cause a lot more page loading if you don't have a quick method to get this information already.
Do you need localized data? There are definitely weather APIs you can use, and many will offer a free use limit before you have to pay.
As for settings - The set of presets I'm guessing will consist of things like "Morning, 40%, 65*" where you can select from this saved list. With the way the requirements mention operations, it almost suggests you do need a database or another file to store the presets, remove presets, and add new ones from the GUI. Have you thought about what db engine you may use, or if you will be saving JSON, XML, or another file format?

Thanks for the reply.
yes, a database is needed. I used SQLite and configured the database using app.config['SQLALCHEMY_DATABASE_URI'] = 'sqlite:///database.db']

So, you're deploying the db with it. That's good, it means each install can be standalone. The only thing I would recommend (long term) would be to make a SaaS where each system is monitored, but the actual data is sent to a central server. That way you can handle all logic (for all clients) on one server, as opposed to having to deploy updates every time you want to alter what you do with the data.
That said, what's the current progress of this project?
I am going to be doing some solar panel monitoring (along with water power, grid power, and buy/sell orders for energy w/ grid) soon. I'd love to hear more about what you're doing. I'll need someone to help me write the main logic for energy consumption vs temperature vs heating/cooling needs on the property. It's a software I am building for a wine vineyard / home estate.

It's just a prototype to work with. It's just a basic API that runs on my localhost to show it to others. Btw, what are the inputs for your projects? I could take a look at the outline of your logic, Not the whole working part tho 🙂

The inputs are mostly just voltage / AC or DC levels and battery percentages, but also current energy use, projected use (calculated), current temperature, predicted temperature.
