Mass mailing isn't allowed if that's what you were asking. The proxies can be used to access mail providers like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, web.de but we do not provide access to other ports than what's required for HTTP traffic/communication.

You can set timed sessions and permanent sessions (until the IP is in stock), however no bandwidth limits yet.
You could opt for a reseller plan/pricing and create subusers with limits.
