i was just looking for one to use for email. currently using [censored]. need about 5$/ month and they accept crypto. only problem is that its still a little kyc by requiring a credit card or paypal info before u can send crypto to the account

VPS not. Because as said above. You are going to get terminated on VPS within 24h.
We dont want that everyone paying a few bucks doing it. More and more will come.
We dont like that.

So short: We dont really like it but yes its allowed on dedicated servers.

i think is spoofing the ip you are asking for. maybe the seller maybe in good shoe to answer this. But i do that through code.
