I haven't played OSRS in for nearly 2 years now, since all my money goes towards my house I thought I'd test the waters to see if anyone wants it.

Very decent stats, has almost all the quests completed.

Fire cape, wihp, d defender.

Song of the elves complete, desert treasure, monkey madness, dragon slayer etc...

Stats make it interesting, but there are a lot of considerations nowadays versus a few years ago.
Stats alone don't get an account much anymore.
I'll list a few.

Completed Quests - for a decent offer on a main, you need to be in the 240 QP range via MM2, DS2, Kings Ransom, and all of the requirements.
Completed Diaries - varrock, kourend and kebos, and kandarin are pretty important to have completed on a main.
Untradables - skilling outfits such as full graceful, lumberjack, fishing, mining, etc... additionally, avernic defender, elite void, etc.
Infernal - doing it on a main isn't a big deal, but having it done adds anywhere between 50-100 USD to the value.
Offence History - dirty history, such as a ban for botting or macroing significantly drops the value of the account.

Just from what I'm seeing now, you could comfortably get 300 USD. 400 depending on things I listed above. 500 if you can find a whale buyer.
