If you truly want 100% bulletproof you will need Fastflux, You will need to go to Russian forums to find this and its not cheap. Any VPS host that claims bulletproof and is not Fastflux is not really telling the truth because they will eventually change your ip and you will lose all of your bots. But like the other user said Crazyrdp will be a good place to start

But like the other user said Crazyrdp will be a good place to start Before too long i will offer a fairly cheap fastflux alternative here. Also anything you said about fastflux is directly wrong, except that fact that you want it to keep your server hidden. Fastflux is a proxy for dns, simply speaking. The fastflux nameservers are a border between the internet and your server, and works by forwarding your dns request to a proxy ip, which thens goes to your server, ask for the respone, and send it back. This makes its very very easy to have a dynamically shiftable ip in dns records. Most fastflux nameservers swap this ip every few minutes. But there are other ways to approach it, that fits the botnet genre very well. Fastflux hosting, or similiar "dns-proxy" systems, do not have the slightest to do with your vps or dedicated, unless connected to it. They are only there to disconnect the domain name from the real hosting ip, and thus keep it safe from abuse reports. All servers are capeable of integrating in a fastflux system, and "bulletproof" concepts actually got nothing to do with it all. Bulletproof servers usually just refer to dmca ignored - which is standart procedure in multiple countries, nothing exceptional. Most of these "bulletproof" servers go down if spamhaus targets the ip. With fastflux you avoid that, or atleast greatly reduce the likelyhood of your real server getting dropped by a report. Im not saying that there isnt real servers around, where spamhaus and much more is dealt with by a shredder too, but its an extremely small part of them.

Firstly nothing i said was wrong?, if you truly want bulletproof hosting then go with fastflux... pretty simple. And NO bulletproof does not only refer to DMCA ignored idk where u got that from. Bulletproof servers refer to all reports being ignored and your ip not changed, Theres not a single host on this planet that is capable of hosting a "bulletproof" server anymore! Because any DC that buys internet will listen to reports!!! This is why you need fastflux to hide your real server!!!!! Also i dont claim to be an expert So what i say may be wrong but if i am than prove it to me dont just say "Also anything you said about fastflux is directly wrong" without any substance! You just took what i said and rewrote it into a shorter message - while saying i said nothing. Your first post tells op that he needs servers that are hosted on fastflux, i tell you no such thing exist, or ever will. Fastflux is a dns thing, and got nothing to do with your server provider at all. You can use fastflux on a dedicated from ovh or hetzner. Also it makes no sense, that you say "bulletproof" servers means servers that never go down and never change ip adress, but then also say that they do not exist.... Where are you trynna go with that? Clearly changing ip adress is only a problem if your setup is whack AF. Fact is that what you buy as bulletproof servers is 99% of the time just hosted in a normal tier2 or tier3 datacenter, on a dedicated box, and the connection is then proxied and encrypted - the reality of "bulletproof" hosting nowadays, is that it is not so bulletproof as it is sold as. I have no clue what you are talking about in terms of IP adress never changing, that means nothing really, that is why we use fastflux, or just dynamic dns as a lower tier response to it. It really does not make any sense, the way you fraise it. Maybe you do understand it better then it sound, but the way you write your messages is mis-consctructed and gives a wrong impression about what fastflux is. Most people really dont understand this, but its pretty simple. Fastflux and hosting is 2 entirely different components that got absolutely nothing to do with eachother in the first place. Only once you point your nameservers to your dedicated box. The dns could be pointed anywhere, from a dedicated box to some shitty hosting on godaddy. From your answer i take that you barely read the my message, as it both gave you an answer to what fastflux is, and explained to you how you where wrong. Fastflux hosting is not at thing that exist. It is fastflux + hosting - as 2 seperate entities. If the fastflux provider then chooces to charge you a premium to implent the system only on servers he controls, then sure - you can consider it fastflux hosting. But in all simplicity - fastflux and hosting got nothing to do with eachother, except the dns points to where you host, and that host can be anywhere. Also it was no history lesson, merely me telling you what fastflux is, and what its not. You would be surprised about how many, even well informed people - in terms of malware - that do not understand even the basics of fastflux.
