Doesn't look too bad.
Looks more like sting from something with one stinger versus a spider having fangs.

It could literally be anything. Spiders tend to get blamed a lot for skin reactions when spider bites aren't all that common.

I'd guess some sort of stinging insect from the only 1 mark in the center.
If a red ring grows larger in the center let me know.
Ibuprofen or Benadryl work well, topical hydrocortisone cream also works well.

I think it could be many things besides a spider that bid you. bed bugs & flees give those kind of bites aswell.

I doubt it, bed bugs are some of the nasty mother fuckers in existence. You'd have a bunch of much smaller bites from either of these bugs.
Worked in a very homeless area and begbugs and fleas were a normal shift.
