Beyond the obvious ethical quandaries offering this service entails, I am still curious as to how you would even go about running a operation like this. Clearly there are risks in running this kind of business without being caught given the assumption this is most likely illegal in most places. With my near zero knowledge on autopsies / post mortem procedures a few questions come to mind:

Are these individuals that you are performing the autopsies on people who are unidentified / unidentifiable? I have to assume that you wouldn't do anything noticeable to a body that may be returned for a funeral.

Where do you even dispose of body parts used as a part of this service? Is there just a bin for miscellaneous biohazardous material that no one looks into and just removes?

Wouldn't anyone question why there are potential body parts that aren't supposed to be removed being removed? Are you putting "used" organs back in place after you're done with them?

Is there anything you wouldn't do within your service?

Personally, I'd have to say that there are certainly better ways to make a buck. Desecrating a corpse is pretty niche and quite out there.
I also have my doubts people want to have "contracted customer" for this kind of service being marked down and recorded...

Agreed. Ethics, Morals, that's all irrelevant. All anyone has done in this thread is exert Opinion, this is no worse than E-Whoring if you want to compare sins.

I doubt OP is doing much with this and it's probably just a gag, don't let it get you all too riled up.

I would however be interested in seeing further activity from OP following this.
