IMHO if people can't set up XMPP with OTR then they shouldn't be part of this group. I do have another idea for secure comms in the group if the current user doesn't pull through.
Yes perfect hmu with suggestions and I agree... If you cant use xmpp with otr this isnt for you anyway.
