I have install Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Standard Edition.
I have already uninstall and reinstall but it's the problem is not resolved.

It's the COMPILER.Install the SDK and configure it properly.

I found your tutorial a work of art and i have managed to complete it. but after compiling my bot and running it, there is nothing appearing in my irc client. i know all of the settings are correct, do you have any ideas. i can connect to my irc server but no bots are showing, help would be apreciated, cr0ss

If you want to make sure its working 100% infect yourself with your bot and you should pop up. If not redo it.
Also dont forget to secure your bot. They are easily stolen.
This tut has been posted everywere... Ive even seen it on Hack Forums posted by other memebers? Even on other websites... I know its the same tut bc its word for word.. and 400 diff people arent going to come up with the same tut word for word?

i've tried changing the temp/tmp environment variable from %userprofile%\localsettings\temp to c:\temp but the same error keeps coming up. anyone know a solution to this?
