I need a python script that simply downloads a js file from Web and then executes it.

download it using `requests` or `aiohttp`, then execute it using `subprocess` or something. not sure how you expect it to be executed considering python doesn't have a builtin js environment

it's not "not possible", it is possible, but it depends on the complexity/dependencies of the js code,
easy and straight forward method can be seen here
