Hey Everyone,

As discussed with many members in the lounge section, the marketplace looks to have declined rate of engagement.

I have an idea to propose:

1. Can 'Stanley' auto posts on sale thread after every initiated contracts? (Only if both party accepts the contract)

Reason: Many members no longer like to interact with sales thread and thus marketplace have declined rate of engagement. The traffic goes away from HF to 'Discord', Autoshops, 'Telegram' and other medium of purchase.

2. A separate user-group and Contract template for members who specifically wants to do 'Currency Exchange' service. Only highly reputable members should be approved in this category and they should automatically get kicked-out in case of unresolved dispute (could have limit 1-2 etc..)

1. I personally wouldn't be for this idea. Lots of downsides with no clear positives.
2. Why does HF need another group? Ub3r/Vendor restriction already applies for Currency Exchange. I don't see how making yet another user group changes anything there. B-rating system exists to let users make their own choices of who to deal with or not. It's literally impossible to prevent stupid people who don't do their research from hurting themselves in their stupidity.

1. Marketplace would look more Live to everyone, specially to new users. As people will see active sales engagement within sales thread. (The HF team could definitely do something to minimize/eliminate the downsides)

2. True, actually this is more about separate contract template for currency exchange and a system to make exchange automated without seller or buyer interaction. (Like, a hot wallet where sellers will deposit and members will be able to make exchange easily).
Sorry, I didn't made it more clear in my first post. But this is really debatable and need to more discussion.

Why would you want that? it would just lead into sales threads getting filled with junk posts that nobody will look at anyways imo.
I would argue that could decline the "engagement". You could have 10 initiated contacts to a sales threads, but only 2 gets completed, and the rest cancelled.
It's fine as it is imo.

Can you elaborate on what's "marketplace engagement" and "marketplace interaction" for you?
Sellers posts sales threads, people who are interested in the product, would post questions if they have any, people who purchased the product could post contracted reviews/vouches if they want to. What else are you looking for?

1. You can upgrade to Vendor if you want to use Contact Templates.
2. HF doesn't get involved in disputes.

Are you suggesting to have built in wallets on HF for users then?
Most currency exchanges on HF aren't Crypto <-> Crypto anyways, people buy/sell crypto for other payment methods which afaik will be hard to automate it for non crypto payment methods.
