Because you were using it for mass scanning. Scanning your private subnet or servers or subnet you own is good but receiving blocks to our IPs is bad because you are either port scanning servers to backdoor or scanning without their concent

First of all I said scanning is allowed but with no black hat activities, you said yourself'I will just do normal scanning, nothing blackhat and then when using the server you start scanning random or targeted ports, again I warned you that you should not scan without IP spoofing and I said if you need IP spoofing there is another service you can upgrade to but you threaten to use our Raw IP address and scan and get us busted. Good for you if any host after hearing that will still allow running of your server? The biggest mistake you did was by threaten us, also black hat activities are not allowed, you can scan your personal servers, or rented IP colocations and subnets but not public IP list or subnets without the providers consent. It gets us blocked by their ISP and listed on IP blacklists.
