The value will continue to rise or move sideways post the 12 month period suggested, yes although a new opportunity is typically available by then which moves most of the "attention" away from this and makes selling off a slower and more tedious process but the value will hold.

I'll accept MM for the explanation portion, if you feel the knowledge is worth it then funds would be transferred. I will not accept MM until returns are met as that would be 9-12 months after entry as stated above.
