I'm pretty sure these personality tests are basically just horoscopes but they take into account your answers so that the barnum statements they present feel more accurate.

I also thought that I would score super high in introvert, but it could have higher.

That's the thing. Horoscopes are based on your birth date and are bullshit even though they sound pretty accurate. These are based on the way you answer on their questions, and the question they give are pretty good.
Honestly, give it a try.
Also, besides those scores, they give a pretty throughout explanation about your personality. Of course, you know yourself pretty good. But it's nice to have an overview on this matter.
I'd be fascinated to see what a grouping of 100 results from HF would look like and what the averages would come out to show. I ended up getting mediator (INFP) as well funny enough.

Heyy fellow mediator haha.
Same! Although we need someone who can do this with python because it would take some work otherwise.

Yeah everyone in the company I worked at had to do this exact test at one point for whatever reason. Wasting company time I guess, but well if you want to know, I'm an INTJ-T.
Edit:
I retook the test and now I'm an INTJ-A, I guess.

Almost entirely the same in real life as on the forum, albeit more polite. Not fun as a co-worker if you're not doing the job as optimal as possible and not fun at parties either because nothing is more stimulating than an interesting and intellectual conversation which is something that, sadly, cannot be found when alcohol is involved (for the most part). However, if you've got the skills and knowledge to change an INTJ's mind using facts and logic, you have made a friend for life.
If you want to have a fun and joking (#casual) relation with an INTJ when it comes to the workplace or in real life, it is probably best not to give advice to an INTJ without factual evidence. As the INTJ is capable of judging and intuitively feeling the other person out (essentially stare into the other's soul), they will be very picky / selective as to who they spend their time with to avoid unnecessary drama or otherwise heavy emotions that serve no purpose to the end goal of the INTJ.
The conflict in assertiveness versus being an introvert is that the INTJ does not shy away from others because they are scared or unwilling to be extroverted, but simply put the INTJ is almost unable to co-operate with others that are less optimal in their methodology (and will be happy to point inefficiencies out which evidently leads to drama and 'emotions') and as such it is very boring for an INTJ to spend their time being extroverted. The other party will effectively perceive this behavior as unwelcoming and sometimes even intimidating.
Relationship wise, the INTJ is often times completely dismissive of emotions and will value logic above all else, even though emotionally speaking they're absolutely capable of feeling and experiencing everything there is to feel, they will very rarely actually show you any emotions at all if you're not a part of the visions of the INTJ's future. Even if you are, the INTJ is capable of handling heavy emotions in a manner that can be perceived as cold and calculation, sometimes even villainous. The INTJ can be villainous, if you're not a part of the future the INTJ has planned out, but generally speaking means well and tries to effectively improve the lives of others by making difficult choices as quickly and as efficiently as possible. All of this means that women or men that are romantically interested in the INTJ, will have to chase the INTJ out of their 'protective' shell in order to get to know them and unfortunately if you are incapable of peeking their interest, they will simply not engage with you on a romantic level at all. In my personal life, I have found that the ENFP is most capable of becoming a romantic interest for the INTJ because they are capable of grounding / balancing each other. My fiance is an ENFP woman for example and while she feels emotions very deeply, we can see each others' point of view and act accordingly because neither of us 'want' drama and share an equally interesting vision of the future.
If the introverted and intuitive aspects of the INTJ are allowed to take over as dominant functions, which can happen if the INTJ has had enough of 'people', it can lead to seeing the dots and making connections that are completely unrelated and even conspiracy theories that are effectively well thought out but completely unrealistic. The INTJ needs outside connections to ground themselves back to the here and now because they are very capable of 'seeing the future' play out and they are effectively capable of predicting behaviors and events to a worrisome degree in certain situations (or at least they want to think they can) up to the point where they will do everything they can to make their future a reality. This might all seem a bit illogical or absurd, but this is essentially what you get when you mix abstract and highly logical beings with highly sensitive emotions and the ability to regulate them.
At least, that's what the many summaries online say about the INTJ, but we all know that MBTI is a hoax with very little scientific evidence. Nor is it possible to classify all the people on the planet into 16 different categories, so it might not be something to linger on for too long except for shits and giggles.

That was a good read!
I understand your work ethics. Personally, I find it better to work with such a person because I take my work seriously. I mean, that's how I earn my bread, so I rather want to work with people that can maximize that.
Small talks are something I'm bad at and find rather boring pretty quickly, I do love to have some kinda philosophical conversation and always engage in such talks.
Yes, I agree with your last point. These kinda things aren't that accurate, since it impossible to categorize everyone in anything.
Also, this makes me think how stupid (American) politics is. How they separate people into two factions, especially these last years. I bet most people would score mostly center on such tests, yet the person in power is either left or right.
I did notice that people with children have higher chance to score super high in assertiveness.
