I have a screenshot of all my messages, I opened a dispute, but he did not accept and I sent 700$ to the wallet he sent, I already added the txid information, I paid him because he is a reliable person on the site, he ignores me and does not give my files

You should have waited for him to accept the contract first. He didn't accept it, so you didn't open a proper dispute against him.

Its very suspicious that he would block you immediately after saying he didn't receive the money after you provided a TXiD.

Even tho its on convo , maybe something can be happen? Is obviously a scam.. But on convo HF convo , not in discord , hope something can be happen
