I don't understand either. You are intercepting a connection on your LOCAL machine only. What's the point? How are you gonna push payload to real visitor?

im intercepting a connection on my local machine "only"
but im also adding a payload
if there was no vulnerability the payload wouldn't execute, understand?
but you right about something, the impact of the bug is close to none

you would have to do this on the machine you trying to hack
is a bug in pastebin none the less
just not a very impactfull and important one.
