Hey, i'm going to be documenting my experiences in starting an agency with real life girls to promote themselves through various methods i'm sure many of you are aware of.
This thread will be a reflection for me and to look back on certain points to help me advance with this business.
I currently have 3 females signed to my agency.
All 3 of them I know personally in real life.
I might be lucky, it might be fate - but the one thing we all had in common was money.
Loads of it.
We were willing to do whatever it took so this is how we've begun.

Day 1: 4th of December, 2022
- We've all sat down and thought of lucrative business ventures.
- We come to the conclusion to settle on OF and Snapchat.
- We decide each others roles.
The girls will be filming content for me.
I will be doing all the leg work, marketing them, generating traffic, chatting to clients on the platforms, and dealing with the finances. I have setup a platform for clients to purchase specific adult related activites, for a price - also custom requests.
The girls will only login to their respective Snapchat Accounts / OF accounts to complete custom requests, or to verify themselves to the client by saying their name, sending a video, making everything look legitimate.
Then when he is ready to purchase, the girls have a link to send to the client to pay for specific services.
Day 2: 5th of December, 2022
- I've created seperate emails for all the girls, created seperate accounts for OF, [BRAND NAME REMOVED] and Snapchat, got them verified.
- I ran into some issues with one of the girls [BRAND NAME REMOVED] accounts being flagged for previously being banned for not knowing she couldn't put her link in bio and talking about only fans in convos.
- This was good because it made me understand to not do these things and keep the accounts in tact.
After we all finished work, we met up and had dinner and spoke about percentages.
The girls were happy with their split, and it was open to renegotiation if they performed well. We were all on the same page about this and agreed to get it in writing.
Now I had to speak to my lawyer.
He quickly drafted something up for me which basically entailed their roles, their payments, their responsibilities, their expenses, their entitlements, term/duration, so on and so forth.
It was that good that I immediately created a company name and attached a business number to it to make it all official.
The girls were over the moon when they read their contracts.
Again, they were more than ecstatic with the terms and couldn't wait to start.
Day 3: 6th of December, 2022
- I have decided to only tackle snapchat this time and not other platforms, to minimize my workload and optimise my efficiency with one specific task.
- The girls had hundreds of matches each, individually.
- I had to invest in [BRAND NAME REMOVED] gold, for all 3 girls, in order for them to reach globally, and see who's exactly liked them, and to swipe.. endlessly.
I logged into Snapchat #1 about an hour ago and there were 124 adds for girl number 1.
Girl number 2, 174.
Girl number 3, 578.
These numbers were insane to me and I hadn't even accepted any of them.
Snap scores still at zero.
So today I've been figuring out methods to increase their snapscore legitimately.
I won't be trying to monetize it JUST yet, I will wait a few days for the accounts to age, gain even more adds & traction - and then I will release the girls.
