I am providing a free service to get into snapchat accounts using a custom otp script that can allow me to change the password, login, and get the meo (my eyes only) passcode. I have tested this script on over 50 targets and the success rate of people who answer the call is around 90% so it works pretty well. In order to test this out on some people I will need their name, phone number, and a picture of them to see if it is worth my time and obviously I will send you all the loot I get from the account.

He might be using a OTP/P1 Bot to get the 2fa with automatic voice modulation and text to voice feature with pre uploaded scripts. It is possible but people usually use them for other purposes and not social media.
