Few misconceptions here from you. It is very simply to think oh withdrawal that means people will sell. But quite the contrary, if you analyze all the pieces that go into this.
1. Only the most hard-core and diehard Ethereum holders have staked so far. Who else would stake without knowing if the merge was here or even withdrawals unless you were pro-ethereum long term. More or less you are saying "shreder will unstake and sell when the upgrade comes" you think that's true?
2. Exit queue was designed for this very scenario, in which only x amount of validators can exit at any given time. More validators to exit the withdrawal time grows exponentially until its not even worth withdrawing.
3. As validators stop and enter the exit queue the less validator validating blocks = higher chance of attestation and block validation for remaining validators = higher earning. Meaning users will just re-enter the queue or not exit at all.
4. As we've seen with each upgrade such as the merge increase in validator.
Realistically nothing will happen and will eventually average out. From a ETH stakers perspective, this is bullish I have more ETH ready to be staked.
Can't wait for devs to focus on other upgrades like account abstraction and sharing. ETH IS KING.
