Port Forwarding Services (dynamic-dns)

Hello, in my country they don't let us forward ports (they do but the people u call at the isp don't know anything and they also charge extra money for it which I would give but they still don't know how to do the port forwarding so I can't even give them money to do it) and I was looking for services to have a static IP with port forwarding because I've been using ngrok for all my RAT programs (not really doing anything illegal, just messing around etc) and ngrok changes IP and port when you close your PC or the ngrok terminal page so it's really inconsistent and I don't really prefer using it. are there any other solutions to this that I can use for free?

Ngrok gives you a link that provides a tunneled connection to a computer. That is the only way it works. For IPv4, there is no need or use for an ISP to provide port forwarding. It is all done in the router configuration. If your ISP is IPv6 capable, there shouldn't be any NAT. You should have an Internet-routable Global Unicast Address. The ISP assigns a prefix to your router, and any traffic with that prefix is routed to the router and then to whichever device.

thanks for the reply
If your ISP won't let you forward ports, try using a VPN with port forwarding capabilities or a reverse proxy service like PageKite or Serveo. Some VPNs like AirVPN and Mullvad offer this feature, and these services are often free or have a limited free tier. Just remember to use them responsibly because using them for illegal activities can still get you in trouble.

Thanks for the compliment, but I don't have all the answers. The only way to connect to a device behind carrier-grade NAT is over a VPN or with DynDNS. The WRN 40 and WRN** routers do not appear to exist, so if the model number is correct, there's no online information on it. Port 80 must be open. SSH I would expect to be open, but you'll find that it doesn't do anything. Any username and password entered will be rejected. SSH access is an enterprise feature. I would just do a hard reset if you can.

Ask nicely or use hydra until the router fails.

Keep it lowkey then.
Thats meant for small gaming servers like minecraft, if they detect large volumes of traffic or suspicious traffic they will null the host.
