Since we'll be sending out bulk emails, what's the % of it getting inbox? As we know, if we send out bulk emails using a single IP address, there's a high chance of it getting blocked out by receiving mail server.

SMTP is not warmed up, you will need to first warm it up once its warmed up even 1 IP is enough. But another main thing is your email list needs to be 100% valid to have better inbox and delivery rate. If you need multi IP setup that is also possible but if you ask me its better you buy multiple smtp's and use them to load balance.

SMTP's are not warmed up you will have to warmup yourself. There are a lot of services offering warmup services. You can google it.
