source, or panel or both would be helpful...
need it for research purposes...

This seems to be an old HTTP botnet, but i can't really recall this one unfortunately.
It seems to be a PHP panel coded in outdated PHP version.
If you are interested in the panel, for learning purposes, then you can take a look at some other open source botnet panels, for example, Lite HTTP or gaudox, pretty sure you should be able to find on github many botnet webpanels with similar features.
Nowadays HTTP panels are made using boostrap usually.

can you specify if thats the panel, bin, both or all sources? is that even a http botnet?

Yeah, my fault. Its both the panel and the builder. The panel (php, js, and html files) are obviously all open source. Not obfuscated or anything. The builder however is compiled. I don't know any specifics other than that. I have a tendency to hoard old files and WarBot was one of many old bots I had stored.
Edit: I've actually set this up before when it was newly released and popular. It was terrible then, so I'm sure its even worse if not completely useless now. Its a basic HTTP bot. The interface looks cool, but was extremely buggy and you sometimes couldn't properly interact with the controls. You'd often get MYSQL errors on the main interface too. Additionally, this copy of WarBot may not have been the one I used. No idea.

Thank you. It def is malicious (panel isnt unless backdoored after release)..
but the panel is exactly what i needed. Minus the backdoored builder, and whatnot.
if anyone actually downloads this.... I recommend you NOT use the builder.. find the original source, its out there somewhere, i just lost my usb lol...
Mainly only thing 'warbot' is good for is the panel anyways, as it was terribly coded using resource files n shit..... lol
