I am looking for a programmer to code a Twitter autocomment

I'm looking for a programmer to code an automatic commenting twitter bot, with some options and an intuitive GUI...

More details in private ✌

budget 400$
(BTC/ETH/XMR...)
Delivery times: 30 days

I ask for a delay of 96 hours after delivery of the software, to be able to carry out the tests and check that it works perfectly. Before finalizing the payment.
(this condition is not negotiable)

I wouldn't pay for software that bugs or doesn't work.

Trusted user only.
I've got couple of questions about the scope. I think these will help everyone but you can answer in DM if you don't want it public.

  1. What amount of posts do you expect?

  2. Will it be single account or multiple, if multiple do you need some sort of proxy support?

  3. Using API or website automation, if API will free be enough?

  4. Does it have to be desktop or is web app fine?

I want to be able to manage this option

Will it be single account or multiple, if multiple do you need some sort of proxy support?
multiple, no proxy option

Using API or website automation, if API will free be enough?
API use, I want twitter to think it's a working phone users
no matter if it's the free API or not, as long as the software works and guarantees a minimum of security, the software will be useless if the bots get banned every 5 minutes

Does it have to be desktop or is web app fine?
I want twitter to think it's a working phone users
