(Initially i assumed it was a caching issue, but after experiencing it myself on and off, i am not so sure anymore as it also occurred before when the images were stored elsewhere. Ive been playing around with DV for a week or so now and the product is great however i noted a really annoying issue. All the remote desktop features (remote browser, remote desktop, screen capture) seem to cut off a quarter of the screen from the right hand side as if the tool is not detecting the correct resolution of the target and not resizing it properly. Has anybody else noticed this or is there a fix for this bug?

However, I have noticed that screenshots captured from virtualized environments might cause distortions. Of course, any issues will be thoroughly looked into. As this thread is not intended for support related questions, please send me as much info as possible (currently) via PM and describe the context (Any virtual machine, Operating system, etc). EDIT: I forgot to mention that DV currently captures the PRIMARY screen. I postulate that what you describe as 'cutting off' MIGHT be the result of a setup where another monitor object is causing portions of the screen to have negative coordinates. (A virtual screen would be at play in such as situation). If this is the case, I would not call this a bug. The TODO list actually contains a note for multiple monitor support, so hang in there... When the website is relocated to a new host, any issue can be forwarded to the ticket system, until then please resort to PM. Thank You! There is no support for MacOS in the tool, but there are plans for the future to incorporate some type of Android app as part of the project.
