Ssh brute force

Scan enterprise netblocks...
Shodan, Censys, Thingful... Or just do something that isn't a waste of time.
Shodan and scanning candidate netblocks. Easy scripts to write, given that IPs are easily enumerable.
You mentioned looking for ssh targets - look into masscan, I think you'll find what you're looking for.
quack
Yeah sounds like you would like masscan.
iplogger php on some well known site

If OP wanted random IPs, he could make them up himself.

To be fair all OPs said is he wants to SSH brute.
He does not seem to have much more of a designation after that point. lol
Code
zmap -p 22 > ips.list

This one liner might start to solve many of your problems.

ah yes... the magical ip.list
Tell me good sir, would that file not contain the exact same thing OP is asking to obtain to begin with?
... Not suite sure how this helps OPs case in any sort of manner.

zmap is a popular network scanner that when ran with the options I specified in that one liner (port 22, a common SSH server port) will SYN scan the entire IPv4 network space on port 22 and write the responding IP addresses into a file called ip.list.

Surprising this just so happens to be the magical IP list he was looking for if he figures out how to install zmap on his system.

You gonna scan the entirety of IPv4....

Have fun with that.
