Could this email have some sort of cryptic message?

From my 20+ years of using emails, I've received my fair share of strange emails, especially scams, but this one is something I've never seen before. It seems like some cryptic message or code, and how did it find my email?

Any expert can give insight?

I blurred out the emails, it was sent to 5 other emails as well.

I didn't open the attachment file yet, but from a glimpse of it, seems like porn. But the title of the attachment is "Info RX.pdf" like some sort of prescription for medication.

Also, I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but today on the street, I walked past a group of protestors spewing stuff about Jesus Christ returning, and they handed me a card about it. I didn't do anything with the card yet, then somehow I received this email when I got home which seems to be talking from the bible or some shit (correct me if I'm wrong).

This is a typical spam message designed to bypass E-mail spam filters.
Those numbers likely align with letters, frankly I cant be bothered to even try to decypher.
The attachment and listing of e-mail receptions is clear enough.

You ended up in a spam mail list.. Plain and simply.

Try not to loose too much sleep over it.

Aight, thanks boss.
It's quite nonsensical, but that PDF is certainly what the spammer was trying to get through. Now that first string of numbers does look like a DNS SOA (Statement of Authority) record.
