The way it happened we made a contract to do the job for me, First I pay him 150 USD and than 100 USD after the job is done,
We were doing the business talk in Telegram, I have the entire screenshots,
The thing is he hasn't blocked me yet, I was expecting him to do the job after paying him 150 USD while we are in the contract,
After that his asking for 100 USD to do some tweak thing which I have no idea what his talking about,
I already given him 150 USD and now asking for 100 USD , So after that I told him I'll withdraw from this and was asking for refund,
his still insisting to do the job by asking me to give him the rest of the money which it is 100 USD,
The way I trusted him his account has reputation and look what happened, What kind of people like him that ask for money to do the job,
When I already given him 60% and than waiting him to do the job for me,
You might guys tell me am an idiot but I did this so you can guys ban his account, I have all the screenshot if you want I'll share one by one,
Please it's a lot of money, Unbelievable even in Hack forums and people with reputation scams the new users, I paid 25$ for Vip, and another 150 for this guy, and his still insists for the 100 USD, please what kind of legit hacker would insists for the rest of the money after I given him the first 60% , total is 250 USD,
am tired really tired, this week got scammed around 500 USD , now another member with reputation scams me also, omg what is happening,
if he was legit he would've returned my money and not do the job, but still insists me to give him the rest of the money.

The way I trusted him his account has reputation

He has literally no business history, no reputation. He is also using fresh account, he simply doesn't care about his account, most likely he will start fresh on new one.

You are just trusting fresh accounts without any reputation.
I can give you advice: Use middleman for all your future deals, otherwise YOU WILL BE SCAMMED AGAIN, GUARANTEED.

New join date, Minimal activity, Low rep score, Non upgraded user.

Now dont mistake be. Ultimately these items means nothing. But Ive always made a point to deal with people who have demonstrated a commitment to this community before I do business with them or send money.

Users who have upgraded their accounts, who post a lot, in custom groups and crew. Overall are generally safer to do deals with because they have demonstrated a commitment here. And to scam another user they risk loosing their account here.

Most good reliable users wont risk that.

If a contract was correctly made, dispute it!

People here are saying the account is fresh, so even a dispute might not resolve the issue.
