Quasar rat works on the home network but not if pc isn't connected to my network

So i tried installing the Quasar rat client on my office pc. But it won't show up during listening. It always works when i open my virtual window tho. I have done static ip too but still not working.
Office pc is not on the same network as my home pc so maybe there are some connections issues. I have turned off all firewalls on both pcs too. It would be great if anyone could help.
Your office likely has a hardware firewall?

It's most likely a port forwarding or hardware firewall issue, although you can probably just remove the startup items and delete the binaries to remove it.
Why are you installing it onto the office PC anyway?
Open the callhome port and forward it to your controlling pc within your home network.

Nope, no hardware firewall.

Hmm maybe its a port forwarding issue. My pc port isn't forwarded cuz my isp blocks all ports. Is there any other way to directly connect the office pc to mine without Port forwarding?
Why am i installing in on office pc? Cuz its not actually from a office but a room where i do most of my paper stuff. Im self employed, im not ratting a company's pc.

Im sorry but I don't know much about ports and things. Maybe if you could explain in a bit more detail please? I don't even onow what callhome is...😔

When you configure Quasar you set the hostname/IP# And Port # yea?

To get your workstation to connect over the internet you have to set the client for your internet IP# and Port forward the port # on your router to the device that manages your clients.

Yea i tried that, but unfortunately my isp blocks all ports for some reason. Is there not any other way?

Don't forget to obviously re-generate your RAT binary with your VPN static IP and opened port in the RAT settings.

Your port forward IP could be blacklisted or blocked if that isn't the case then your configuration is not well done

That would make too much sense and be too practical.
Who doesnt enjoy their connection being severed because their AV mistook their Remote access point as malicious.
