Seller is selling a public script, and seeing him opening new threads about "changing your life forever" is enough for me to open this dispute and ask for staff to ban him. What he is doing is a scamming people.

Stay away from this scam. Better to ban him.

We used a MM and he told the MM to release the funds to me. I don't see a reason for him to dispute me.
I said I'm selling the method that made me $30 000 in a month and I didnt lie.

Just use this as a lesson mate, always ensure the method is working before releasing, as there isn’t really a point using a mm otherwise.

It would be up to the middleman’s wether he refunded you or released the funds, but him finding out its a busta script would likely mean he would refund you as most people know its dogshit. You wouldn’t get banned for that at all.

What I don't understand is what is the point of using MM if all the seller has to do is "deliver the method"?

Like what a seller going to do? take payment and not send the method? Ever heard of anyone doing that?

Like if you are using MM, you need to be able to get the method, test the method, see if it is not something public/not as explained/promised & then only ask to release money. Preferably after you have made some money from it.
If seller is refusing to do that, you need to think & decide upon it.

But yeah, this is rather very unfortunate situation. I see this same bustabit 90x script sellers popup every few months.
