Question about the files shared on the hack forums site

Hello,
I don’t know if this is the right place.

I have a question about the trust of the files people post on this forum. Like I see dox tutorial on txt file, or social engineering book on txt file, or any file that post on any topic here.
Let’s say on bigger topics, with a lot of comments.

Someone is check these files? How can I be sure,
The file is not malware/contain malware?
I mean, the hack forums let’s anybody post
Files without checking them first, or there is someone that check the file to make sure the people that downloaded the file not get his computer infected?

Thank you.

Nope. You can't be sure. This is internet, open for everyone, this is your responsibility to use common sense and be cautious.
However if there is reasonable suspicion, then a staff member will check and delete the malicious link.

Could be, but this is your responsibility to use common sense and be cautious.
You can always use the report button.

There is no physical way that staff member would be able to check everything.
This is your responsibility to use common sense and be cautious.
You can always use the report button if you feel that something could be malicious.

There is no .txt exploit or malware only if you download some other type formats from the link might be malware
Do not download not trusted stuff on your main computer which you use on daily basis

I wish they people here are legit, and there is respect for the community.

In any group of people there's at least 1 thats malicious so always be cautious.

There are ways to get out but it will protect you from 90% of the skids.
