No it isn't. An RDP does not provide domain anonymity. That's just not what an RDP does. Nothing against the service, but that's not what RDPs fundamentally do.

Best option is to get someone else to register it for you.

That's my bad. For some reason I thought that they were a registrar.
You can buy domains from like orange.com or whatever. Just google offshore domain registry for privacy and you should see a bunch!

CCI Hosting was one I used back in the day. Paid with bitcoin.

Getting a domain name that is not connected to you can involve a few steps to maintain privacy. Here are some options to consider:

Privacy Protection Services: Many domain registrars offer privacy protection services that hide your personal information (such as your name, email, and address) from the public WHOIS database. This can help in reducing the link between you and the domain name. Be aware that some countries and domain extensions might not offer strong privacy protection.

Use a Proxy or VPN for Registration: You could use a proxy or VPN service to mask your IP address when registering the domain. This can add a layer of anonymity to the registration process.

Use Privacy-Oriented Payment Methods: Use payment methods that do not reveal your personal information, such as prepaid cards or cryptocurrencies. Be sure to research the domain registrar's payment options to ensure they accept the payment method you want to use.

Consider Anonymous Domain Registration Services: Some services specialize in anonymous domain registration, and they might offer additional layers of privacy protection. However, these services often come at a higher cost.

Register through a Third Party: You could ask a friend or use a trusted third party to register the domain on your behalf. This might require a certain level of trust, so proceed with caution.

Research Domain Registrars: Look for domain registrars that have a reputation for privacy and take the time to read their privacy policy. Some registrars prioritize user privacy and data protection.

Remember that while these steps can help increase your privacy, nothing is completely foolproof. Determined individuals or organizations might still find ways to trace the domain back to you.
