Can anyone help me out with this? I know the mode for R2Games is md5(md5($pass).$salt) or 2611 in hashcat but I can't get it to work.

Hashcat, There are loads of tutorials so I wont explain here.
But hash cracking is broken down to some key points.
GPU speed.
Wordlists.
Masks/Rules.

Without having all of the above you wont get far.
I.E You could have the 4 top end GPUs but without wordlists you wont do anything.
But you can have a crap GPU and good wordlists and go far. Just slowly.
But the best setup is to have a good but not necessarily the best GPU, Some large wordlists.
But for me the most important thing is rules and masks.

Yeah, but like... word lists... how the hell do you have a combination of up to that much? It would take forever...

So basiclly I might have the word ajiles in my wordlist. But it could be missing the 2.
If I had a rule that added every number after every word in my wordlist. I would then get
a successful crack.

ajiles1

ajiles3

It helps as you do not need a massive wordlist to be successful.
It also saves on storage space.
