The support is not very good.
The PHP Mailers are very poor. I bought 4 of them, and all had problems. They are limited, or the mail function stops working after sending a few emails. I received replacements from them, but they were the same kind of bad mailers.

if your unhappy with the service you can always raise a ticket .

regarding the mailer there is many factors play important rules in it, its not always the mailer ( as 0x0 is 3rd party between seller and buyer we judge fair )

at the end you have got the replacement as we promised in our tos and you can always check tools from other sellers .

but consider this :

- the letter your sending ( links inside it and the letter its self ) plays a rule in the limit of sending .
- the mail list your sending to it plays a rules as well ( no bounces , or fake mails )
- the amount of the sent messages already .

its not always the mailer or the smtp ( smtp case preferable ip from same country and higher delay ).

I bought 4 PHPMAILERS and they were replaced with another 6, so in total, I have 10 PHPMAILERS, but they all have the same issue. After sending a maximum of 100 emails, it gives me an error: 'Could not instantiate mail function.' They all have the same problem. I buy 20-40 PHPMAILERS daily from another website that is currently under maintenance, and I have never had this issue until I came to your website.

PHP mailers are designed to send emails form panel in which they are hosted.
If you ask me i will always recommend you get an smtp instead of a PHP mailer.
Hacked or No hacked far more better then a PHP mailer

you cant blame a store for the tools offered by seller, you need to understand that 0x0 is a 3rd party website who offers you high quality checkers to test the tools before purchasing them and that's the reason why they exist even you got 12 hour window to report them if not working as expected , if you didn't like a seller tool you always can claim back a refund and buy from other sellers .
