My old job is calling me back and trying to offer me 10k over what I make now to come back😭. The company I'm at now has family that own other businesses and they want me to help out with that as well. From what I hear half decent IT people are getting harder to come by. Could just be my area though.

Yep same here. I went to leave and they are like "I'll match what you're being offered plus 2k". Man if I was that valuable why did you not give me jack shit until I was walking out the door? The nerve of some places.

I am not active enough to always be apart of substantial conversations so that is where I mean I would make up a lot of posts going for some award challenges over the years. 🙂

Now on the other hand, my activity increases when I know there is a post-based award available. This inclines me to be onsite and post more actively.
