Service been down for weeks on end, I don’t think seller has a 100% working solution

Why are you bashing sales? The servers aren't down. They are up, the dev had to rebuild the whole server because the old host corrupted half their systems.

All information was shared with existing members.

We are working on fixing the new program, and don't want to release it until its 100%, I will update everyone ones its fully working. Please be patient. Thank you

Are you saying, barring any trigger words/attachments/quality of the letter, that the letters will always hit inbox?
Can you choose any domain from your list?
Can you add premium/custom domains the customer would own?

Apart from the software being <down> when I was first issued the license, the software did not perform as advertised (spoofing). And I did not use the license after the initial tests. The seller offered a refund and I declined.
The mailer had a bad spam/inbox ratio against gmail. Not saying it can't be improved, but I would not recommend this software.

I chose to not leave a negative B rating because the seller took accountability and offered the refund, but I would recommend against purchasing this for anything.

I have some good news, the dev has finally re-developed the software since the original server went down and it was lost. I've been working closely with the developer to make sure a lot of these would be improved and worked upon.

I've had almost a 100% hit on Inbox, using HTML templates to Gmail since and Hotmail has been faced with challenges, its near impossible not to inbox them. We have tried almost everything and they go to spam when they are Outlook/Hotmail email addresses.

I will be contacting all buyers tomorrow who would like to go ahead with the licencing.

The main focus has been with re-developing this and bringing it online is to make sure that all emails are sent, and you get a healthy report back to those being sent. It runs a little slower, because we had to put pause-breaks in-between every 200-400 emails being sent as SMPT servers kept having issues when so many being sent so quickly.

I appreciate your honest feedback Dyne, and we will continue to work on improving the service. :)

As an experienced with years of experience when it comes to SMTP and Email Marketing i will be bit honest and brutal if your don't mind.
Your possibility of hitting Hotmail and outlook is 10% to Non. Reasons goes a long way around Microsoft itself and not you or dev. which i will keep to myself.

I don't know how you integrated smtp to software but if all your customers are all connected to one smtp portal, the possibility of customer experiencing server down situation for some reason known to you, won't stop.
And when it comes to email spoofing, I will say the possibilities of hitting inbox will be less than 30% based on how i think software was designed.

I believe with a some reasonable updates by dev your software could improve a lot more.

We won't have downtime, it was a host issue, and like any SMTP there is always improvements this could be server side. We working on improving all the time, and have done so in the redevelopment and the new release. :)

UPDATES:

We have added queuing system, not to overload the servers. So all deliveries will be made, but will take some time! To make sure they all hit the Inbox's for Gmails and other providers.

We are open for business, servers are active 24/7 with no issues reported last 4 days. :)

I totally take back what I have initially said about the service, it now works perfectly and inboxes great, providers who I have struggled with previously inbox now with no issues. SMTPearl have been a pleasure to deal with and their response time is super quick. I have now upgraded to the larger package as I have total faith in the services and customer care.

Inbox rate varies based on content, from testing most suppliers especially Gmail hit Inbox everytime. Hotmail and outlook is hitting Spam almost always as they have strict filtering rules.

To still get clicks and attention in Spam. We have customisable syntaxs, so you can customise emails with names and addresses in Title, Subject and Content.
