2. Surveys are shit, they're only good to keep your streak going. I wouldn't bother with them
3. Read the chatroom on Freecash for ideas, people talk a lot of there.
4. The best apps are the ones that pay you $0.01 for install, that way you know you're getting awarded
5. If something doesn't pay you don't worry. Sometimes it takes time, sometimes you get scammed. That's why rule #4 is nice.
6. Always check bonus buys on Freecash offers, they sometimes are worth it.
7. Cash out to Stake.com for an extra 15%
8. Don't cash out to Stake.us for the bonus %. You have to gamble what you cashout to withdraw.

Not "a lot" no, my profile is public so you should be able to see on your own. As you can see I've made less than $100 from refs. You can also see my level, which is $1 per level, you can subtract that from the earnings but earnings also includes rewards, events, refs, ect... hmu if you want tips, just tell me what offers you can see and I'll tell you which are worth and how to do them quickly.
