What are the laws around marijuana, nicotine vapes (flavors, etc), cigarettes (ex: can't smoke near businesses), etc?
For us there are very lax laws on cigarettes, essentially unenforced for where you can smoke & littering is not targeted by cops.
For marijuana you can buy it recreationally, it's decriminalized, and people smoke basically anywhere - however it's technically only legal to smoke in private property.
For vapes we have all the flavors allowed but they increased the age limit to 21+ a few years ago for smoking.

I’m not sure about smoking and drinking, I’m going to assume it’s the same as most other states or very similar. Weed is legal here though so all the weed junkies flocked to here when it legalized.

You can smoke cigs everywhere here, except inside obviously. Weed is legal so there’s coffeeshops in every city where you can pick out of 100+ different strains etc. Everyone here smokes weed wherever they want. It’s not allowed but cops don’t really care lol

In my state, all nicotine products including flavors are legal. I hope they never make them illegal because I have no desire to go back to cigarettes, I used to enjoy the flavor of menthol cigarettes but now I don't enjoy the taste of any cigarettes.
Weed is still illegal in it's main delta-9 form. Loopholes allow all these different delta variants I can't keep up with to be sold even in gas stations and such. They're okay if you weren't already a daily stoner. Real weed is also technically decriminalized in my area but not legal to be sold in my state.
