Self discipline

How do you guys stay focused and disciplined when the going gets tough.

Many of you will have businesses or side hustles what do you all do to stay focused and productive?

Recently I've found it hard to stay focused on my side hustles or even bits such as renovating my house, I'm just wondering what you guys do to stay focused.

I find what helps me is a good clear out with that be in IRL throwing away junk and just tidying my environment around or and vice versa with the digital world, a tidy work environment I find is a great stimulation.

Anyone else got any other tips.

Regards,
Dredd

Sounds mint! Looking good!
Being mentally exhausted happens to all of us. Taking a couple of days off could help with gaining some desire back but either way, you're not going to enjoy it when you start "work" again. I heard Mike Tyson say "Discipline is doing what you hate as if you love it.", something along those lines... I thought that was perfectly said.
This is something I've been struggling with for a while. Do you think if a person stops smoking weed (assuming they smoke on a regular basis) will increase self-discipline and overall productivity levels?
Self-discipline is a crucial attribute that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and lead a purposeful life. It involves the ability to control one's impulses, stay focused on tasks, and persist in the face of challenges. Cultivating self-discipline requires a strong sense of personal responsibility and a commitment to long-term objectives.
I'd like to encourage you to read any book by Napoleon Hill.

One of my all-time favorites by him is Outwitting the Devil. One of the best self-help authors IMHO.
You can try natural herbs that may help you or some medicines, also working in groups will be helpful
