March 2024: 14 year old turned $15k into $2.9m in 3 weeks

This kid apparently bought a brand new memecoin that came out around 24th february 2024

Details:
twitter.com/CrashiusClay69/status/1764915641356537900

His wallet:
basescan.org/token/0x532f27101965dd16442e59d40670faf5ebb142e4?a=0x55cafc85c68cc2f558fa4da995173ed6cebe213d

$BRETT price:

Coin name is $BRETT. The first memecoin built on Coinbase layer 2 blockchain

Same how Shib is to Doge, Brett is to Pepe

Brett is a blue frog (because Coinbase is blue), Pepe is a green frog

This isnt a shill post. I haven't invested in this shitcoin. I've been speculating it since it was $275m market cap. It jumped to $450m a few hours ago. Seems like the kid made a good call... or... he's the contract deployer, or got some insider info to buy it that early, or got paid by $BRETT to promote it as an influencer...

I asked in their telegram: who would throw $15,000 USD into a brand new unknown memecoin, isnt this a bit odd? and i got banned immediately. Is this a red flag?

What are your thoughts on this shitcoin? would it be a good buy right now? what are the chances for Coinbase to push it to their platform since its the first memecoin on BASE blockchain?
Memecoins are something that smart logical people should avoid. Perfect for a 14 year old with no sense.

Or just incredibly lucky. Don't worry, he'll fuck it all up.

If it's not an inside job and that it was luck, then i totally agree with you, he is likely to burn that cash in no time.

Crazy what kind of money is being made and lost in the crypto space haha

The last sentence is the most important lol. You only see these huge gains that make headlines you dont see the thousands that people lose in these meme coins.

Totally totally agreed. Honestly, even more now that you pointed it out.

Trading is a PvP game after all.

Will be funny when he sells, hits a massive taxable event, finds out he's screwed next year. Smart play would be to convert it all to BTC while it's worth 43 BTC.
If a meme coin is making headlines for a massive percentage rise, then chances are that you already are too late if you decide to invest. Kudos to the kid for making bank, but I'd convert that into BTC or ETH for the long haul. Depending on what state he's in, he could have a massive tax rate to that. Whenever he plans to cash out or sell, he should probably move to a state with no tax. Like Florida. All you pay with capital gains in FL is 20% total. Whereas California for example, you're paying like over 50% of that in tax if I'm not mistaken.

he said he won't sell until at least a $10m USD profit. This means $BRETT shitcoin would need to hit about a $2 billion dollar market cap, which isn't too unrealistic considering Pepe hit over a 4 billion dollar market cap? Would be interesting to see how this ends up

Moron kid could be set for life with a $3m head start. And yeah, maybe he can get to $20m or $100m. Or go to $100k. I'd at least put $1m into BTC.
All he needs to do is to invest 75% of it in BTC, enjoy the remaining 25% and have fun with it

Well i guess he's lucky . My mind doesnt let me invest in those meme coins

The kid could put that money to the side until he learns what to do with it, but it will probably be like one of those lottery winners who eventually goes broker because they never came across a lump sum of money like that before and have no idea how to utilize it.

I do not believe it's wise to go for such a high investment in a risky asset, something like 50% real estate/commodities/etfs would make more sense, then 25% in high risk assets and 25% to enjoy life and self develop.
99.9% of shillcoins are bait whith whitelisted address allowed to make transactions. Honeypot garbo
