There are very rare circumstances where you can do this outside of the USA, but for 99% of people it will not be the case so its easier to just advertise USA only.

Here is my update! It's been 2 days only and I already see some earnings. Once I scale this further, I will start making a lot more money. Overall this method works and it's one of the easiest methods I have come across. You can start making money from the moment you buy the method.

I am trying to find ways to do it outside USA, but ultimately I think it will be quite difficult without at least some help from inside the USA.
