Didn't even know about the new movie, that's funny how much references this anime has about France, "rozé" is for "rosé" which is a category of wine between red and white wines. There are also rosé champagnes, and even the name "Lelouch" is french.
Oui oui baguette ! 🍷🥖🇫🇷 I don't remember the end of the anime, wasn't Lelouch dead ? No, Lelouch is not dead is return, you should watch this movie "Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch" is the sequel of the anime (Apr 22, 2024 10:35 AM)Dr.MLDS Wrote: No, Lelouch is not dead is return, you should watch this movie "Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch" is the sequel of the anime Thanks for the heads up, didn't watch the movies, I wasn't even aware there were movies haha, I'm adding them to my watch list (Apr 22, 2024 10:35 AM)Dr.MLDS Wrote: No, Lelouch is not dead is return, you should watch this movie "Code Geass: Fukkatsu no Lelouch" is the sequel of the anime iirc, it's an unwritten rule that most (if not all) anime movies are not canon. The anime ending itself was an open ending (don't open spoiler if you haven't watched the anime or plan to watch it) Spoiler (Click to View) By all means, enjoy the movies you want, but keep in mind that they are (Probably) not canon/related to the original story. I say "Probably" because some movies are canon. - Demon Slayer Movie - Naruto - The Last - Naruto - Boruto Are example of movies that are canon (afaik). I'm a big fan of the anime, and I really wish they would make a sequel to the last movie. But instead, they keep producing only side stories that are too boring and don't capture the essence of the main story. I really don't know what the producers are thinking. Most side-stories are either: A) Actual side-stories manga chapters (rarely) B) Studios trying to fill the gap between chapters to make shows run longer. I rarely enjoy side-stories myself, but it's what it's sadly. Code Geass was great, but in my opinion, I think we should let great things die rather than extending them too long they become shitty. A good example is Sword Art Online. Great concept and start, but it went on for too long. After finishing Season 1, I barely managed to push through to watch Season 2. Thank you Me too. It’s my favorite anime, but only the original story where Lelouch is the main character. The other side stories in this anime are boring. |
