I am now able to accept the following crypto: Bitcoin, Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).

For Paypal, I can accept payments to a friends account while waiting for my own login issues to resolve.

Only if something on your side filters incoming connections. For example, if your GUI is behind a router or gateway, it might be necessary to configure the router or gateway to allow external bot connections from the Internet to pass through.
