Since it would take me more time to develop and no one will use it.

I can help you, I coded a software that can extract emails from any site, it's not your average email scraper, it can scrape any site/forum/blog in less than 10 seconds and it works on 99% of websites. You have multiple scraping ways and you can scrape keyword related mails, you can also scrape by specific year. So far I think it's one of the best scrapers on the market.
