I wouldn't say it's necessarily dead, as I know some people who are still pushing traffic to their CPA campaigns, but the game has changed a lot. Unless you have good quality traffic, that comes easy, then it's likely not worth your time.. and even if you do have good quality traffic, that comes easy, there are better ways to monetize your money then pushing CPA promotions. I have long retired all my CPA campaigns, and have rerouted the traffic I had going to them to PPS.

I don’t do content locking, so can’t really help you with that :-)
