Chrome warns about file. exe.

My file is pretty decently crypted. But chrome still warns me about "dangerous" file on download, I can ignore and continue without other flags, but it bothers me. Anything I can change in c# code to fix it? Or any other way to encrypt it with winrar in a better way? I dont like passwords.
You can buy an EV certificate, or zip the file with a password. It has nothing to do with crypt. Chrome flags less-downloaded executables by itself.
Since zipping is suspicious, I would recommend buying an certificate.
You will not be able to get an EV certificate, unless you buy a leaked one for $$$$. Those are for drivers, anyway. You should be able to obtain an IV certificate or, at worst, self-sign your file.

This or what others said.
Wonder why none mentioned that it also is a name game. I have experimented with random names and on some file names chrome doesn't even bother
