Hack messenger

Is it possible to hack a messenger account?

I would like to have access to history.

That can be accomplished through a phishing attack along using proper social engineering skills.
Is that the only way? Because there are many paid advertisements about hacking FB account. I wonder how likely it is to be effective or is it just a scam...

Don't fall for Facebook hacking scams. The only way it could be done is through phishing, as the user above mentioned.

Oh, it's possible. There are still stories of it happening, though I haven't heard of it happening to friends in years. Facebook is increasingly encouraging 2FA and blocking unknown devices, so it is difficult.

I mean, I still think this day and age facebook is probably one of the hardest things to hack due to if you login via new IP or anything like that, you're prompted with an insane security measure, for one yea, having the 2FA and it telling you via facebook app if you "signed in from this location" but also I remember they had a way of picking friends of that person for a "captcha" sort of thing.

It's very unlikely to hack a facebook/messenger.

Trusted Friends has been removed. Back in the day, I remember it being a way to hack accounts.

Ahh yea that's what it was "Trusted friends" or it came up pictures of people on your friends list and you had to select their name or some bullshit.
